Gill critique of O'Quigley paper — roster chart 'should not have been shown to jurors'

Prof. Richard Gill publishes a formal critique (arXiv) of Prof. John O'Quigley's December 2025 roster-chart paper, identifying what he describes as serious errors in its statistical modelling — while 'strongly agree[ing]' with O'Quigley that, from a forensic statistical point of view, the roster chart is 'fake evidence which should not have been shown to jurors'.
