Thirlwall Inquiry issues April update on final-report progress

The Thirlwall Inquiry writes to Core Participants with an update on the progress of the final report, which remains unpublished. The Inquiry's 12 May 2026 update subsequently confirms that publication will not take place until after Parliament's summer recess.
